📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for challenging, high-impact projects • Promote and contribute to technical and functional refinement sessions • Develop, test, deploy, and monitor applications, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices • Improve existing systems by proposing scalable and efficient technical solutions • Review code through Code Reviews and Pair Programming • Create innovative solutions to complex problems, focusing on optimization and scalability • Implement REST APIs and event-driven architectures, ensuring high availability and performance • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code using GitHub for version control • Mentor other developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices • Ensure delivery quality from conception through production using automated testing and CI/CD pipelines • Monitor and analyze platform performance, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks • Stay up to date with software development best practices and technologies • Work collaboratively with strong communication skills and continuous feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack development experience • Experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot • Experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure • Knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience developing microservices and REST APIs • Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB • Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems, such as Kafka • Familiarity with Git • Experience with automated unit and integration testing • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps best practices • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills • Experience with financial systems and an understanding of credit • Knowledge of frontend development, including JavaScript and React • Knowledge of different types of architectures • Knowledge of information security and web application security best practices • Experience in highly available and scalable environments
