📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the squad and mentor Data Engineers • Define, review, and evolve data solution architecture • Support the design of scalable, resilient, and efficient pipelines • Ensure compliance with architecture, security, governance, and data quality standards • Support the definition of technical solutions in collaboration with the Product Owner and stakeholders • Participate in technical refinement sessions and support effort estimation • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and impacts across pipelines and data products • Conduct technical reviews and support implementation decisions • Ensure best practices in development, version control, observability, and monitoring • Support the evolution of Data Lake architecture and distributed processing • Promote standardization, reuse, and solution sustainability • Support the resolution of technical blockers and high-complexity incidents • Monitor the quality, performance, scalability, and availability of solutions • Share technical knowledge and contribute to team development • Support the use of AI as an accelerator for analysis, development, documentation, and engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Data Architect, Senior Data Engineer, or in an equivalent role • Strong knowledge of data architecture and distributed solution design • Experience with AWS, particularly S3, EMR, Redshift, Lambda, and Kinesis • Proficiency in Python and SQL • Experience with Airflow, including building and orchestrating DAGs • Knowledge of dbt, DuckDB, and Spark • Experience with Data Lakes and large-scale data processing • Knowledge of data modeling • Experience with messaging and streaming • Knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices, scalability, and elasticity • Experience with observability, logging, and pipeline monitoring • Knowledge of CI/CD and software engineering best practices • Experience integrating multiple data sources • Ability to analyze interdependencies and impacts across pipelines and data products
