📋 Description

• Technical Leadership & Hands-on: Lead the engineering team in building the BaaS platform, serving as the technical reference for architecture and ensuring code quality through mentoring and code reviews. • Banking Architecture: Design and maintain ledger systems (book of record), digital account management, and financial settlement engines. • Multi-platform Ecosystem: Oversee the delivery of robust APIs that power both our Web (React) and Mobile applications, ensuring a smooth and secure experience across all channels. • Strategic Integrations: Lead complex integrations with banking partners and KYC/AML and anti-fraud providers. • Security and Compliance: Ensure the architecture meets strict banking security standards, regulatory compliance, and Central Bank requirements. • Scalability and Resilience: Define strategies to handle high concurrency in critical systems, ensuring availability and real-time data consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Fintech Experience: Solid prior experience in Banking, Payments, Acquirers, or Digital Banks. • Squad Leadership: Proven experience as a Tech Lead or technical leader in product environments. • Stack Proficiency: Strong experience with Python for transactional back-end systems. • Front-end/Mobile Awareness: Experience with React and familiarity with the mobile app development lifecycle. • API Architecture: Expertise in API-first design, REST/GraphQL, and microservices patterns focused on financial products. • Engineering Culture: Experience with CI/CD, observability (Datadog/New Relic), rigorous testing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). • Product Mindset: Ability to translate business partner needs into modular, flexible BaaS technical features.
