📋 Description

• Work closely with client teams on all or part of an HRIS project management support (AMOA) project in the payroll/post-payroll domain • Provide first-level HRIS support to the client’s business teams • Lead project status meetings and business workshops • Gather technical and functional requirements • Draft functional specifications and deliverables, and model business processes • Design and deploy configurations, interfaces, and data • Conduct functional testing, resolve issues, and manage the rollout of enhancements • Monitor and report on key performance indicators • Train users • Advise clients on payroll/post-payroll matters and monitor regulatory developments • Serve as a project manager • Over time, conduct audits, support HRIS selection processes, manage change initiatives, and contribute to Calexa Group’s internal and business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree level (equivalent to Bac+4/5) • Degree from an engineering or business school, with a specialization in Human Resources • Significant experience in a consulting firm (HRIS payroll AMOA) and/or with a software vendor • Functional and technical expertise, with proficiency in HRIS tools and solutions • Strong listening skills • Excellent written communication skills • Self-sufficiency, attention to detail, and a strong advisory mindset
