📋 Description

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, departures, and absences • Draft and issue employment contracts and amendments • Keep the HRIS up to date and administer employee benefits and pension plans • Prepare, process, and validate the monthly payroll for portfolio companies in collaboration with the external payroll provider • Respond to employees’ day-to-day HR questions • Contribute to policy updates and ensure compliance with local employment law • Maintain accurate personnel records, produce employment-related letters and templates, and prepare documentation for audits • Ensure the reliability of HR data and provide data and reports for dashboards, analyses, and decision-making • Support HRBPs and CoE teams with onboarding matters, disciplinary documentation, exit interviews, and program rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in HR administration or a similar operational HR role preferred • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Thorough understanding of local employment law and HR best practices required • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Proven experience with French payroll, social security, and disability matters, including liaising with CPAM and provident insurance providers, processing sick leave and maternity leave, managing disability situations on payslips, and updating contribution rates annually • Fluent English (C1–C2)
