📋 Description

• Review and secure DSN filings and social contributions • Analyze and resolve DSN discrepancies • Provide technical support to payroll teams on complex issues • Carry out testing, user acceptance testing, and configuration of control tools • Monitor regulatory developments and analyze changes affecting payroll and DSN • Participate in audits and process improvement initiatives • Create and deliver training sessions, webinars, and expert materials • Work on technical matters as part of a team of payroll and DSN experts • Move beyond pure payroll processing to focus on controls, expertise, and support

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Payroll Specialist • Strong practical knowledge of payroll and DSN • Ability to analyze a DSN discrepancy and identify its root cause • Understanding of social contribution mechanisms • Ability to explain reasoning clearly and support teams effectively • Ability to monitor regulatory developments • Ability to take a broader view of processes and suggest improvements • Experience with Silae, SAP, Sage, or another payroll/HRIS system is a plus
