📋 Description

• Support the transition of outsourced payroll operations into a centralised in-house team. • Ensure end-to-end payroll processes are fully documented for transparency and audit readiness. • Partner with Global Technology and HR teams to prepare for the transition to a global outsourced payroll engine. • Maintain strong vendor relationships. • Provide subject matter expertise on French payroll legislation. • Resolve data discrepancies and ensure alignment with local regulations. • Execute historical reconciliations and consolidate multiple legal entities into a unified, in-house payroll operation.

🎯 Requirements

• Numerous years of experience in French payroll management within complex, matrix organisations. • Strong knowledge of French payroll legislation and experience with payroll transformation or system integration projects. • Proven ability in stakeholder management and navigating complex payroll data to identify and resolve risks. • Fluency in French and English is required to support cross-functional teams across the EMEA region. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
