📋 Description

• Provide functional guidance and support to the client’s business teams • Lead and/or participate in the delivery of a Payroll HRIS AMOA project • Facilitate project review meetings and business workshops • Gather technical and functional requirements • Draft functional specifications, model business processes, and produce functional deliverables • Design and deploy configurations, interfaces, and data • Perform functional user acceptance testing, resolve defects, and manage the deployment of enhancements • Monitor and report on key performance indicators • Train users • Advise the client on business matters relating to regulatory developments in payroll and post-payroll processes • Act as project manager for the engagement • Gradually conduct audits of business processes and Payroll HRIS systems • Lead Payroll HRIS vendor-selection support initiatives • Manage change management activities • Contribute to the growth of Calexa group through internal initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level (four to five years of higher education) • Degree from an engineering or business school, with a specialization in Human Resources • At least five years of proven experience (excluding work-study programs and internships) in a consulting firm specializing in Payroll HRIS AMOA and/or with a software vendor • Strong functional and technical skills, with proficiency in HRIS tools and solutions • Knowledge of HR Access is required • Strong listening skills and excellent written communication skills • Self-sufficient, thorough, and consultative approach
