📋 Description

• Create and configure client files in Silae • Collect, enter, and verify variable payroll data • Prepare and review payslips in a multi-collective-agreement environment • Generate and electronically submit monthly and event-based DSN filings in line with deadlines • Reconcile contributions and liaise with social security organizations (URSSAF, pension, provident insurance, and health insurance providers) • Draft permanent and fixed-term employment contracts, amendments, and DPAE declarations • Manage sick leave, workplace accidents, maternity and paternity leave, salary certificates, and provident insurance claims • Handle mutual termination agreements, final settlements, and end-of-employment documents • Provide daily client support via Salesforce and Slack • Advise small and medium-sized business owners on day-to-day personnel administration • Collaborate with accounting teams on payroll journals and file consistency • Manage activities to meet monthly payroll closing milestones • Implement legal and regulatory changes • Document client-specific requirements to ensure service continuity

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Payroll Manager or Payroll Specialist • Experience gained in an accounting firm or outsourced payroll provider • Proficiency in Silae is essential • Strong knowledge of employment law • Comfortable managing multiple collective bargaining agreements • Independent and detail-oriented • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines • Customer-focused, with the ability to explain complex rules clearly • Experience with Slack or Salesforce is a plus • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
