📋 Description

• Update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in SAP, ensuring alignment with the S&OP plan and compliance with production capacity constraints and material availability. • Analyze demand and issue purchase requests according to the category’s procurement and replenishment process. • Monitor and ensure category inventory levels are within inventory policy, preventing overstock or stockouts. • Monitor supplier performance, update lead times, MOQ, and the category demand forecast. • Lead continuous improvement meetings and category replenishment process reviews. • Monitor and analyze the performance of material supply processes, identifying risks and opportunities. • Maintain and track reports and KPIs, such as Production Accuracy, Days of Supply, OTD (On Time Delivery), etc. • Identify and map category supply risks and ensure compliance with the MPS.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. • Advanced Excel. • Power BI (desired). • Intermediate English. • MPS (Master Production Scheduling). • SAP.
