📋 Description

• Prepare management reports using the tax and accounting systems to inform and support managerial decision-making. • Review current tax legislation and updates using targeted websites to ensure compliance in the Group's accounting and tax recording processes. • Assist and advise company employees via e-mail and telephone to clarify doubts and suggest possible corrections. • Responsible for entering all tax documents and payment-related records into the SAP system (DANFEs, service invoices, payment slips, invoices, union payments, etc.), as well as having knowledge of Direct Taxes (IRPJ/CSLL, PIS/COFINS, IRRF, PCC, ISS, INSS), Indirect Taxes (ICMS ST, ICMS, ISS), PIS/COFINS credits and accounting accounts. • Knowledge of filing tax obligations and SPED submissions (ECF, DIRF, REINF, EFD-Contribuições, DCTF-Web, PERD-COMP), ensuring they meet tax authority requirements. • Participate in projects and validate changes to system tools through continuous testing, using tax law provisions as parameters to implement process improvements, optimize results and meet group needs. • Analyze and control employees' travel and administrative expenses. • Participate in compiling and analyzing information for tax audits. • Perform other duties related to the position.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or areas related to finance. • Intermediate Excel. • Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
