📋 Description

• Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions and collaborate closely with prospects, channel partners and our sales team to deliver winning solutions that help customers accelerate critical business outcomes with AI. • Partner with Account Executives to drive sales by leveraging your technical expertise. • Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive customer experience. • Form a bridge from our engineering and product organization to our customers and prospects. • Position yourself as a trusted advisor to both current and prospective customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions. • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value and uniqueness of our solutions. • Support field marketing events by representing the company and showcasing our solutions. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Sales, or similar. • Strong understanding of AI, Security and SaaS technologies relevant to the GenerativeAI market is preferred. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with all levels of the organization. • Growth mindset - ability to step in and lead in a Startup/Series A stage tech company. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. • High level of empathy and the ability to listen to and understand customer needs. • Proactive, self-directed, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. • A passion for technology, in particular Generative AI, and an eagerness to learn about new products and features.
