• Act as a technical reference across processes, ensuring correct application of notification, defense/response, collection and deliberation procedures, and guiding junior and mid-level analysts in case handling. • Manage complex and sensitive cases, evaluating regulatory and institutional risks and relevant precedents. • Prepare and critically review technical reports, deliberation proposals and presentations to the Board, ensuring technical consistency, executive clarity and institutional alignment. • Liaise with partner areas to address critical issues and systemic impacts of processes. • Assess defenses/contests submitted by market participants with a critical, systemic perspective, proposing technical interpretations and recommended next steps. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for processes and systems with a focus on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, risk reduction and improved participant experience. • Structure, analyze and interpret indicators and data, turning information into inputs for decision-making and strategic direction of the area.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields. • Experience in the electric sector and/or solid knowledge of the energy market and the institutional role of CCEE (Brazilian Electric Energy Trading Chamber). • Experience in data analysis, with knowledge of programming languages and BI tools for building and interpreting indicators. • Proactive approach to improving processes and systems, with a critical view on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and institutional impact. • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple management teams. • Solid analytical foundation and ability to interpret normative and regulatory text, with experience drafting and reviewing documents and executive-level presentations. • Specialization or postgraduate degree will be considered a differential.
