📋 Description

• Analysis tasks of varying complexity, from requirements clarification to presenting results tailored to target audiences • Proactively contribute ideas and apply a variety of analysis and visualization methods • Embed data-driven working practices at Campact • Develop measurable goals and success criteria together with stakeholders • Create and maintain dashboards and reports • Continuously improve data models and reports • Provide solid documentation and targeted automation to ensure a reliable knowledge and working foundation

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in related disciplines • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python • Experience working with databases (cloud data warehouse) • Experience with a business intelligence tool, particularly for data visualization (Metabase) • Ability to translate technical content into understandable language; German at a minimum C1 level • Actively share knowledge with colleagues • Openness to new technologies and tools • Initial experience in NGOs or involvement in politics or volunteer work
