📋 Description

• You support consulting projects for multinational clients focused on strategic IT transformations and their implementation. • You act as a partner to the client and provide advice across all phases of IT modernization — from strategy development and functional/content-related advancement to transition into the organization and operational run. • You help evolve IT organizations by supporting the design of new IT target operating models, adapting IT architectures, structures and processes in IT governance and IT service management, and conducting IT tenders (sourcing). • You are an accelerator — internally you continuously drive topics in your area forward and develop innovative concepts and service offerings for our clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics/Computer Science • Initial knowledge and experience in IT management, e.g., IT strategy, IT operating model, IT architecture, IT governance, IT service management, sourcing, requirements engineering or business process management • Basic understanding of how IT organizations and IT landscapes operate and are managed • Some experience in project management • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Strong communication skills, self‑initiative and enjoyment of working collaboratively — in teams and with clients • Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for working on‑site at client locations
