📋 Description

• As a methodological project management expert, you accompany and advise our clients on how to successfully implement transformation projects. • You design requirements workshops and, together with our team, lay the foundation for successful projects. • You coordinate teams and clients through efficient and holistic project governance as well as balanced change management. • You support change across a variety of projects — from operational process optimizations and digitalization projects to strategic large-scale initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Master's degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Information Systems • Methodological knowledge in project management and relevant practical experience, e.g., through internships or student positions • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Strong communication skills, initiative and enjoyment of collaborating — in teams and with clients • Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for working on the client’s site
