📋 Description

• Develop and maintain product-level messaging and positioning • Translate product capabilities into messaging for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise audiences • Build sales and marketing assets for each stage of the marketing funnel • Gather feedback from Sales and Customer Support to improve customer and prospect communications • Craft sales decks, webinars, and presentations with growth, partner, and content marketers • Maintain understanding of the competitive landscape and competitor positioning • Measure go-to-market initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product adoption • Report key metrics and provide actionable optimization insights • Own product areas and strategic go-to-market initiatives end to end • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple, digestible way • Comfort working with data and deriving actionable insights • Experience bringing new products to market • High quality bar for external assets; able to produce ship-ready work • Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to influence without direct authority • Management consulting experience preferred • Hospitality and/or travel tech experience preferred • Multi-product, platform, and AI products experience preferred
