📋 Description

• Design, document, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases across web and API layers • Develop, extend, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites • Collaborate with external stakeholders— clients’ QA teams, integration partners, and cross-functional teams—to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into our QA processes • Triage, track, and report defects; work with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution • Take initiative to identify gaps in test coverage and propose solutions that improve overall product quality • Communicate test results, risks, and recommendations clearly in English, both verbally and in writing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience, with a strong focus on manual testing methodologies • Proven track record building and maintaining automated test suites • Deep understanding of software QA fundamentals, including test planning, defect tracking, and metrics • Excellent English communication skills—comfortable writing clear bug reports and leading distributed discussions • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
