• Ensure the Group complies with all legal, regulatory, and policy requirements relating to employee recruitment and employment • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in compliance frameworks • Collaborate with stakeholders for internal policy development • Establish comprehensive reporting to support the audit process • Support learning and development to raise awareness of compliance requirements • Maintain current and accurate information within the HRIS
• Develop and implement compliance processes and policies relating to right to work and criminal checks • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update internal policies, procedures and guidelines to maintain compliance standards • Develop and implement compliance audits and assessments to evaluate compliance and identify areas for improvement • Stay informed about relevant changes and ensure that our framework adheres to updated standards and requirements • Work closely with external partners/regulators to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements • Use data, insight and reporting to measure/track and improve performance
