📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of implementation specialists • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the EHR implementation process • Quickly gain a deep understanding of the customer's services, workflows, and billing needs • Shepherd the implementation process from project kickoff to transfer to support • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers • Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with customers and internal teams • Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables • Provide guidance and support to team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHR implementation, preferably with behavioral health providers • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of specialists • Strong understanding of behavioral health services, workflows, and billing processes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Leadership or Project Management Experience (1–2 years)
