📋 Description

• Guide tasks by managing user profiles and access requests, supervising the control and optimization of resources that may be shared between management teams or between departments within the same management. • Oversee and guide the management of organized and specific file repositories, ensuring that documentation is up to date and accessible to those who need it (physical and digital). • Supervise and guide the management of meeting and appointment scheduling, including managerial calendars and the calendars of other leaders. • Supervise and guide the management of costs and expenses for the technical team, such as travel reimbursements and lodging and meal expenses.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the following specialties: Business Management, Strategic Management, Results-oriented Management, Agile Management, Process Management, or other related areas, provided they are validated by contract management. • Education: Higher education — Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administration, or other related fields, provided they are validated by the client's contract management.
