📋 Description

• Manage reception, visitor access, meeting rooms, mail, deliveries, and workplace support services • Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier onboarding • Coordinate purchasing needs with business stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies, approvals, and budgets • Manage supplier relationships, records, contracts, compliance documentation, and performance • Partner with Legal, Finance, and business teams on supplier negotiations and contract requirements • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, facilities services, and employee workplace requests • Help create a seamless, safe, and efficient workplace experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Strong communication skills • Advanced/Fluent English • Experience in insurance industry is a plus • Valid, local legal authorization to work in Mexico at the time of hire • FBS does not sponsor or obtain work authorization unless explicitly stated • Employees may not engage in parallel employment, professional activities, or paid work for other entities during employment • Any ownership, partnership, directorship, or participation in other businesses or companies must be disclosed and formally reviewed under conflict-of-interest policies
