📋 Description

• Own and manage the product backlog for strategic data initiatives, ensuring work is aligned with business priorities and enterprise data objectives • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define product vision, and translate business needs into actionable user stories • Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical work to maximize business value and support delivery roadmaps • Facilitate communication between business teams, data engineers, architects, and technical delivery teams • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining validation criteria and ensuring delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards • Support the development and evolution of a centralized enterprise data warehouse and foundational data products • Collaborate with Information Delivery and Data Engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure scalable data solutions • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across multiple data sources • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements using modern data technologies • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prioritize competing requests, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams • Track product progress, communicate risks, and provide regular updates to business and technical stakeholders • Promote Agile and SAFe best practices while supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product delivery activities • Build strong partnerships across business and technology teams to ensure successful product adoption and long-term value delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role supporting data products or analytics initiatives • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data integration, and enterprise data management concepts • Experience working with SQL and Snowflake to understand and validate data solutions • Strong Excel skills with experience analyzing and validating complex datasets • Basic knowledge of Python, with an understanding of how it can support automation and data processes • Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery environments • Strong understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), backlog management, and requirements prioritization • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
