📋 Description

• Provide technical support for Kubernetes clusters, Port.io platform services, and Medtronic’s Argo DevSecOps environments • Resolve customer issues and ensure platform service stability, performance, and reliability • Monitor Kubernetes clusters, Port.io, and Argo environments using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana • Investigate and troubleshoot networking, storage, security, and Kubernetes application deployment issues • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve platform stability and automate routine maintenance • Troubleshoot container images that teams are unable to run correctly • Manage and optimize Helm charts, Argo CD, Flux CD, YAML configurations, and deployment artifacts • Configure and maintain GitLab CI runners • Develop and maintain support process documentation, troubleshooting guides, and best practices • Resolve incidents in a timely manner and communicate status updates to stakeholders • Participate in an on-call rotation providing 24/7 support coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and supporting Kubernetes clusters in production cloud and on-prem environments • Familiarity with Port.io or similar platform services and cloud-native technologies • Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker • Proficiency writing and debugging Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, or ELK stack • Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, Linux systems, and distributed systems • Familiarity with Bash or Python for automation • Preferred: experience with AWS or Azure • Preferred: Kubernetes certification such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) • Preferred: knowledge of Kubernetes security best practices • Preferred: experience with VMware environments
