📋 Description

• Create Offline Robot Programming (OLP) within the Delmia/3DExperience environment for transition from simulation to the shop floor • Conduct assembly evaluation and equipment simulations to identify bottlenecks, reachability issues, and cycle time inefficiencies • Perform equipment design and tooling integration within the 3DExperience ecosystem • Use CATIA GSD to create, modify, and optimize complex surfaces for manufacturing components and fixtures • Execute kinematic studies and collision detection to ensure right-first-time manufacturing • Bridge design and production within the digital manufacturing team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in the aerospace industrial domain • Experience with Airbus methodology • Proficiency in 3DExperience / CATIA V6; CATIA V5 experience considered • Experience with Delmia Robot Simulation Apps, including Robot Task Definition and OLP • Experience with Equipment Simulation, Assembly Evaluation, and Kinematics • Proficiency in CATIA GSD (Generative Shape Design) and Part Design • Aerospace or industrial automation domain knowledge • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Client-facing technical experience is a plus • Passion for innovation and proactive problem-solving and collaboration
