📋 Description

• Work as a senior consultant in client assignments • Design, develop, and deliver modern digital solutions • Support, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 consultants • Manage performance reviews and development discussions • Mentor consultants and ensure they have the skills and capabilities needed for client and business needs • Contribute to recruitment and sales activities • Support the continued growth of the fullstack team • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in frontend and/or fullstack development • Expertise in JavaScript, React and/or Angular • Experience with modern web technologies, backend solutions, and APIs • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Optimizely, AEM, Contentful, Sitevision, or similar • Experience with, or strong interest in, AI-powered tools and technologies • Experience working in consulting, digital development, or a related technology field • Understanding of customer needs in a complex and evolving digital environment • Relevant university degree • Good knowledge of Swedish and English • Identity verification through inspection of an ID card • Background checks may be carried out as required
