📋 Description

• Deploy, integrate, and support cloud platform environments using OpenStack and containerized solutions for telecommunications customers • Perform platform installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational support from deployment through production • Investigate and resolve incidents through JIRA, collaborating with global teams to ensure service continuity • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks to automate deployment, configuration, and operational tasks • Monitor platform performance and system health using Prometheus and Grafana • Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting in cloud environments • Experience working with OpenStack, containers, and cloud platform deployments • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting • Experience with Ansible automation, configuration management, and operational support activities • Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experienced Professionals experience level
