📋 Description

• Lead a team delivering development, configuration, customization, technical design, code review and production release validation • Produce specifications and contribute to PLM system configuration • Identify risks and propose solutions to key stakeholders • Support pre-sales efforts, including custom solution presentations and budget proposals • Perform architectural design and define system requirements • Ensure technical solutions remain aligned with business needs throughout the project lifecycle • Participate in customer discovery, solution development and stakeholder engagement

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering • Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying solutions based on Windchill • Experience in Windchill SIM, Arbortext Publishing Engine and Arbortext Content Delivery is a merit • At least 4 years of experience working in a Nordic country • Proven IT development experience • Experience of multicultural project teams with parts located off-site • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Strong spoken and written communication skills in Swedish are beneficial • Willingness to undergo identity verification or background checks when required
