📋 Description

• Drive execution of FBS strategic growth initiatives by managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment • Coordinate cross-functional programs across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and Legal • Partner with FBS and Farmers HR teams to improve operational processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness across multiple countries • Monitor workforce metrics and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations for data-driven decision-making • Lead HR process improvement and change management initiatives • Support onboarding, talent integration, and employee transition programs • Identify risks, remove obstacles, and proactively drive progress on high-priority programs and initiatives • Report directly to the Global Talent Strategy & FBS Director

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Program Management, Project Management, or a related function • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail • Experience supporting or coordinating international HR operations and multi-country workforce initiatives • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and progress tracking • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations, reports, and business documentation • Self-directed and highly adaptable professional who can navigate changing priorities and evolving business needs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to support decision-making and continuous improvement • Experience supporting Global Business Services (GBS), shared services, or international business operations • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar systems • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
