📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects across global sites • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and business readiness • Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting • Partner with business leaders, operations, quality, and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes • Drive governance, communication, training, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • 5-10 years of experience in IT project delivery, service management, digital transformation programs, or organizational change management • Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps or Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 Suite, SharePoint, and Power BI • Experience in risk, issue, budget, and resource management • Experience in change management, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies • Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and manufacturing-related technology projects • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
