📋 Description

• Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation and post-launch support • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports • Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors • Track risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery • Drive executive communications and project governance • Support modernization and migration initiatives in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management experience • Proven success leading large-scale technology, transformation, or migration projects • Strong project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Teams • Fluent English • Bachelor's degree • Insurance industry experience is a plus, but candidates from any industry are welcome • Valid, local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire • No parallel employment, professional activities, or paid work for other entities during employment • Disclosure and formal review of ownership, partnership, directorship, or participation in other businesses or companies
