📋 Description

• Manage supply planning for the dynamic trading business • Work with client sourcing units to finalize Route To Market (RTM) strategy and execute supply plans • Consolidate supply plans and identify supply gaps • Work with sourcing units to reduce supply gaps • Update loss reasons for each supply gap • Analyze loss reasons and provide business insights to address supply-gap issues • Operate on an international scale and develop remote management • Connect with business stakeholders, including business development managers and directors, customer service, customer development, and supply planning functions • Govern the process and highlight exceptions to the business

🎯 Requirements

• Supply planning experience in the FMCG industry, preferably cross-functional • Excellent communication skills • Sound knowledge of SAP • Experience with a supply planning tool, Salesforce, and Supply 360 • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications • Experienced professional level
