📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops for pharma manufacturing problem statements, value cases, target architecture, and transformation roadmaps • Own proposal and RFP response strategy, solutioning, estimation, delivery approach, risk assumptions, pricing inputs, and reusable POVs/demos • Create executive-ready storyboards, value articulations, case writings, and presentations • Lead delivery estimation and planning across work breakdown, resourcing, timelines, delivery model, and quality gates • Provide input to SOW constructs, milestones, governance, and pricing/commercials • Act as a trusted client advisor through executive communication and structured recommendations • Own multi-workstream delivery governance across sites • Manage stakeholders, vendors, and distributed teams • Lead MES/eBR requirements and solution design for paperless manufacturing, including eBR/eMBR, recipe/batch execution, materials and genealogy, weigh and dispense, and exception handling • Lead LIMS/QC digitization covering sample lifecycle, test workflows, stability, reporting/COA, and standardized QC processes and data models • Lead digital quality transformation across deviations, CAPA, change control, audits, training, document control, and supplier quality digitization • Define IT/OT and data integration blueprints across MES, ERP, LIMS, QMS, Historian, and SCADA • Develop contextualized data architecture for end-to-end traceability • Identify and lead AI/advanced analytics use cases with governance, traceability, and controlled rollout

🎯 Requirements

• 10–14 years in Pharma/Life Sciences manufacturing digitalization with consulting delivery leadership • Bachelor’s/master’s in engineering, technology, industrial, Pharma, Chemical, or related fields • MBA or an equivalent qualification from a top-tier/reputed institute • Strong experience across at least two of MES/eBR, LIMS, or eQMS/QMS, with integration/data platform exposure • Pharma MES experience, including Werum PAS-X, PharmaSuite, or Opcenter Pharma, is a plus • Experience managing client discussions, CXO-level engagements, and advisory roles • Exposure to ISA-95/ISA-88, MESA standards, manufacturing data contextualization, and IIoT/historian integrations • Experience with cloud data platforms, MLOps concepts, and model monitoring/governance in regulated settings • Agile delivery experience with Scrum/SAFe • Lean/Six Sigma experience • Alliance/vendor ecosystem experience • Experience building demos/POVs • AI enablement experience: delivered or led 1–2 analytics/AI initiatives in manufacturing/quality contexts
