📋 Description

• Serve as the primary SME for Jama Connect, including configuration, workflows, and governance • Define, standardize, and scale requirements management best practices across engineering teams • Develop and deliver training programs on Jama Connect and associated processes • Design and implement role-based workflows in Jama, ensuring only approved requirements are eligible for downstream execution • Partner with engineering, product, and program teams to ensure traceability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and 5+ years of experience in requirements/systems • Deep hands-on experience with Jama Connect is required (configuration, workflows, and/or administration) • Strong understanding of requirements lifecycle management and systems engineering principles • Experience defining and implementing workflow governance, including approval states and role-based access • Proven ability to train and enable engineering teams on tools and processes • Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering and product organizations • Experience with integrations and Jira usage.
