β€’ Provide support and service to clients by receiving and processing orders related to corporate public record filings and document retrieval β€’ Communicate with clients, coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner β€’ Utilize systems to build transactions and release various portions of the order for processing β€’ Generate proposals for clients, including fees and turnaround expectations β€’ Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents β€’ Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Direct and relevant industry experience in nationwide corporate transactions β€’ 5+ years of experience in corporate public record filings and document retrieval preferred β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Experience with Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and interacting with Adobe PDF documents
