• Design, build, optimize, and maintain CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality • Work across the product stack to develop and improve features • Participate in product development process from scoping to feedback • Maintain high engineering and security standards • Work with engineers across the company to develop and iterate at scale
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years experience in a software engineering role • Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures/algorithms) • Experience with both frontend and backend development • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Django and React • Experience with a relational database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL • Track record of taking responsibility over core product areas • Attention to detail and user-centric focus • Experience making data-driven decisions • Experience building a positive remote-first culture
