📋 Description

• Find and hire people for the Group’s international teams, mainly in Europe and the US, and also for Panama • Run the full recruitment process from finding candidates to making offers • Work with hiring managers to fill roles quickly and with quality • Work remotely across several time zones

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Latin America • Spanish as main language, and Professional English, spoken and written • 2–3 years of international recruiting, with Europe and the US as main markets • Full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer • “Hunter” mindset: proven at reaching passive candidates • Works to targets and KPIs • Fast and calm with many open roles at once, without losing quality • Uses LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards and an applicant tracking system (Workable is a plus) • Strong CV screening and interviewing • Accurate records and careful handling of confidential data • Works well with candidates and managers in different countries and time zones
