• Own the business end to end: strategy, product direction, go-to-market, team, and results • Turn existing traction into repeatable, scalable growth on new markets & clients • Build and lead a strong team with clear ownership and decision-making • Leverage Sigma Software Group’s ecosystem to the fullest – technical teams, product/design, security/DevOps, legal, finance, partners, and client network • Be accountable for key business outcomes and performance • Represent the company with credible storytelling, strong PR presence, and relationship-building with customers, partners, and investors

• Entrepreneurs ready for a true CEO seat to own strategy, execution, and results end-to-end • Proven scaler who has taken a product business beyond early traction • Strong GTM visionary who can build sales, partnerships, and a repeatable growth engine • The commercial and financial owner is confident in unit economics and hard trade-offs • High-autonomy leader who hires well, leads teams, and moves fast with full accountability • Executive communicator with strong negotiation skills • Advanced level of English • WILL BE A PLUS: Strong network within the blockchain/crypto ecosystem • Experience with regulatory compliance in payments or financial services • Background in fundraising or investor relations • Experience with international markets
