📋 Description

• Own the business end to end, including strategy, product direction, go-to-market, team, and results • Convert existing traction into repeatable, scalable growth across new markets and clients • Build and lead a strong team with clear ownership and decision-making • Leverage Sigma Software Group’s technical, product, security/DevOps, legal, finance, partner, and client ecosystems • Own key business outcomes and performance • Represent the company through credible storytelling, PR, and relationship-building with customers, partners, and investors • Lead GeekPay, a B2B FinTech platform providing secure crypto payment infrastructure for global contractor payouts • Drive scaling priorities including faster onboarding, more network integrations, and strategic partnerships for high-volume usage

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience scaling a product business beyond early traction • Strong go-to-market expertise, including sales, partnerships, and repeatable growth engines • Commercial and financial ownership, including confidence with unit economics and hard trade-offs • High-autonomy leadership experience with hiring, team leadership, and full accountability • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills • Advanced level of English • Entrepreneurial readiness to own strategy, execution, and results end-to-end • Blockchain/crypto ecosystem network is a plus • Regulatory compliance experience in payments or financial services is a plus • Fundraising or investor relations background is a plus • International markets experience is a plus
