📋 Description
• Collaborate directly with customers, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise • Own the vision for AI operations implementation, building end-to-end workflows and taking them to production • Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical plans • Rapidly prototype AI solutions to demonstrate possibilities to clients • Engineer production-grade AI solutions with deep knowledge of AI tooling, architecture, and deployment • Manage stakeholder alignment, proactively escalating issues and requesting support when necessary • Design and build LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and custom data pipelines

• Proven experience in AI/ML deployment and system engineering • Strong proficiency in AI frameworks • Expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agents • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
