📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, refine, and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic goals • Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, and designers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements • Analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify optimization opportunities and propose scalable solutions • Create and maintain documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and user guides • Decompose high-level business needs into detailed and actionable requirements • Ensure requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and estimation preparation activities • Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders • Conduct demos and presentations to showcase delivered functionality and maintain stakeholder engagement • Prepare user documentation and support solution adoption • Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and effective use of AI-powered tools in daily workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments • Expertise in requirements gathering, user story creation, decomposition, and backlog structuring • Understanding of APIs and system integrations • SQL skills for data extraction and validation • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Practical experience using AI-powered tools for documentation, analysis, process optimization, or data interpretation • Strong AI prompting skills and ability to integrate AI into everyday work processes • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ownership mindset with a proactive and delivery-oriented approach • Experience with financial management or accounting systems • Understanding of financial accounting processes • Experience with advanced UX or prototyping tools • Experience integrating AI tools into product or business analysis workflows
