📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banks, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications • Coordinate and collaborate with VRNW and banks to maintain and ensure the quality of FAQ content within the CMS • Work closely with the development team to implement requirements and integrate the FAQ bot • Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve user experience, response quality, and accuracy • Communicate with business and technical stakeholders and prepare project status reports • Support the planning, execution, and documentation of releases while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking environment • Contribute to an agile project environment following Scrum methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer • Strong communication and analytical skills • Experience in stakeholder management • Knowledge of chatbots, conversational AI, or FAQ systems is an advantage • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is desirable • Experience working with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum • Fluent English and good German language skills
