📋 Description

• Analyze, design, and create technical concepts for innovative IT solutions with a focus on banking and payments • Advise and provide technical support to our clients during conceptual development • Advise clients on platform ecosystems, digitalization, and potential AI applications • Act as the interface between client-side Product Owners and internal developers • Identify and evaluate new technologies • Model processes and document them • Work with Confluence, JIRA, Miro, Slack, and Microsoft Office • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

🎯 Requirements

• German: business fluent • English: very good • Completed university degree and/or vocational training (e.g., Business Informatics, Economics, though other backgrounds are possible) • At least 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, Product Owner roles, or comparable positions • Several years of solid experience in agile working environments, including Scrum • Strong skills in eliciting, managing, and presenting requirements • Extensive experience working at the interface between clients and development teams • Openness to using modern tools in daily work, including AI-assisted assistants • Ability to provide innovative advice to our clients • Excellent and highly developed communication skills
