📋 Description

• Supports L21s as the technically savvy voice of the business units • Possesses deep understanding of clients' business • Collaborates with clients to define system requirements • Works in a dynamic startup environment without strict hierarchies • Solves client-relevant problems using methods from strategic management consulting • Dives deep into client topics and develops expert knowledge • Prepares business requirements and technical concepts in a way that is understandable to all stakeholders • Grows with L21s and progressively takes on more responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a technical or business-related field • Example degrees: Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Management with an IT focus • At least 3–5 years of experience in consulting or a consulting-adjacent role • Nice to have: Initial experience in managing employees • Technical proficiency and an understanding of business requirements and technical concepts • Passion for immersing yourself in client topics and building expert knowledge • Aptitude for presenting business requirements and technical concepts clearly • Entrepreneurial interest in growing with L21s and taking on increasing responsibility
