📋 Description

• Analyze existing processes and design new ones, for example using BPMN • Coordinate processes with various stakeholders • Develop functional specifications, target processes, and requirements • Serve as the point of contact for functional questions from the development team • Prepare and facilitate workshops and alignment meetings • Document results and decisions and follow up on their implementation • Functionally test and approve implemented features • Support the introduction of new features within the business department • Sketch interface designs or clickable prototypes as a basis for discussion when needed • Document processes, interfaces, and decisions • Initiate and drive improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, energy management, or a comparable qualification • Recent graduates with relevant internships or working-student experience are also welcome • Initial experience in requirements management, process analysis, project work, or working at the interface between business and IT • Ability to quickly understand complex relationships and document them in a structured manner • Technical understanding of systems, data flows, and interfaces • Initial experience with Jira, Confluence, or Miro is a plus • Knowledge of the energy sector, smart metering, market communication, or tenant electricity, PV, or flexibility projects is a plus, but not required • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
