📋 Description

• Review and analyze system specifications and user stories to understand software requirements • Support and design comprehensive, well-structured test documentation • Prepare testing environments, including necessary software and hardware • Apply test design techniques to create robust test cases that maximize test coverage • Conduct manual functional, integration, and regression testing • Identify, log, and track defects in a bug tracking system • Perform re-tests to verify defect fixes and improvements • Validate test results against acceptance criteria and user expectations • Communicate test progress, results, and issues to relevant stakeholders • Document detailed testing reports and provide feedback on usability, performance, and overall software quality • Assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and adapt workflows to project needs • Collaborate with the team to ensure high quality and effective integration of new features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer • Solid knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies • Experience with bug tracking and test management systems • Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing • Good knowledge of Agile testing practices and environments (Agile, Scrum) • Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or similar • Upper-Intermediate level of English • Basic understanding of scripting or programming languages (would be a plus) • Basic experience with Unix platforms (would be a plus)
