• Sales responsibility: Responsible for sales development within the defined customer base of independent specialist retailers in the private retail sector. • Customer development: Conduct annual and regular status meetings to sustainably strengthen and expand your customer base. • Brand presence at the POS: Ensure strong brand communication in the perfumery segment — e.g., through window displays, secondary placements, promotional areas and other sell-out–driving measures. • POS optimization: Strategically develop the on-site brand presentation (e.g., merchandising, logo panels, shelf rails) and achieve sales targets through compelling product presentations as well as training and motivational sessions. • Market & competitor analysis: Regularly monitor market trends and competitors and contribute to deriving and implementing appropriate sales strategies.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience as an Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager with premium brands, ideally from the fragrance, cosmetics or fashion industries. • Customer orientation: Strong service mindset, persuasive communication and negotiation skills, high motivation and self-initiative. • Resilience & flexibility: Confidently manage diverse tasks and changing requirements. • IT skills: Solid knowledge of MS Office and openness to using additional tools and programs. • Demeanor & working style: Professional manners and the ability to work independently and in a structured way. • Language skills: Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken. • Mobility: Central residence within the sales territory, high willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B).
