📋 Description

• Responsible for the strategic management and further development of sales activities in the context of NATO and the European Union • Analyse, maintain and expand relationships with NATO and EU institutions, relevant agencies and programme offices • Identify and assess procurement and funding opportunities, including joint European programmes and EDF (European Defence Fund) tenders • Strategically position the company in multinational cooperation projects and support the development of bid and proposal strategies • Monitor political, technological and industrial policy developments across the Euro-Atlantic area • Represent the company at trade fairs and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in international sales, ideally in the technical defence or security sector with a focus on NATO or EU structures • Knowledge of European security and defence policy, industrial cooperation models and relevant funding instruments • Degree in a technical field (e.g. industrial engineering, business informatics, electrical engineering) or business/management, with an interest in the complementary area • Experience in radio and reconnaissance technology/electronic warfare is an advantage but not required • Strong communication and networking skills, with high intercultural competence • Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity and a strong target- and results-oriented work ethic • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel internationally
