📋 Description

• Identify and acquire new customers and markets for the rudder systems segment • Maintain and support our existing customer base • Support and manage international sales projects for our rudder systems segment • Develop sales strategies, perform market and competitor analyses, and negotiate proposals • Represent the company and our products at national and international trade fairs and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a technical field (e.g., naval architecture, mechanical engineering, or equivalent) • At least 5 years of experience in the maritime sector (preferably shipbuilding) • Experience with complex, technically sophisticated products • Good German and English language skills (minimum B2 level) • Strong IT skills (MS Office and SharePoint) • Strong communication and assertiveness combined with technical understanding • Proactive working style with a passion for sales and technology
