📋 Description

• Part of the Contract Management team as a Contract Manager (m/f/d) • Solid knowledge of contract law and close collaboration with various units and departments • Resolving substantive questions and supporting contract interpretation • Advising and supporting the sales and proposal teams on bid preparation, internal approvals and contract negotiations • Maintaining an overview of the end-to-end contract process and developing specific standards • Administration and management of post-contract activities

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business law, business administration or business informatics; ideally an MBA or an equivalent advanced degree • At least four years of relevant professional experience, including international experience, in contract management, contract drafting and control, and contract execution • Experience in the IT sector, e.g. software development, managed services, IT outsourcing, and an understanding of the corresponding commercial core elements • Strong knowledge of contract law • Excellent negotiation skills • Fluent German and English skills
